Refund & Cancellation Policy Absoluto Designs LLP

At Absoluto Designs LLP, we strive to provide the highest quality web design and development services. We believe in being transparent about our cancellation and refund processes to ensure a fair relationship with our clients.

Short version: You can cancel the project at any time. The 50% advance deposit is non-refundable as it covers our booking and initial setup costs. You will only be billed for additional work completed beyond the deposit amount.

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Clients have the right to cancel their service agreement with Absoluto Designs LLP at any time.

  • How to Cancel: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our official contact address.
  • Before Work Begins: If you cancel before any design or development work has commenced (within 24 hours of payment), a full refund of the deposit may be issued, minus a 5% administrative processing fee.
  • After Work Begins: Once work has commenced (e.g., wireframing, design drafts, or server setup), the 50% advance deposit is strictly non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of web design and development, we do not offer refunds for services once they have been provided or approved.

  • Completed Milestones: No refunds will be issued for specific milestones (e.g., UI Design, Front-end Code) once the Client has given written or verbal approval for that phase.
  • Final Delivery: Once the final website is launched on the Client's domain or source files are delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Over-payment: If a client has paid for work that was not performed at the time of cancellation (beyond the non-refundable deposit), Absoluto Designs LLP will refund the balance within 14 business days.

3. Project Dormancy / Abandonment

To maintain an efficient schedule, we require active participation from our clients.

If a client fails to provide content, feedback, or approval for a period of 30 days without prior notice, the project will be considered "Dormant."

  • Dormant projects may be subject to a Re-activation Fee (10% of total project value) to resume work.
  • If a project remains dormant for 60 days, it will be considered cancelled by the Client. All payments made to date will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.

4. Third-Party Costs

Our services often involve the purchase of third-party products on your behalf, such as:

  • Domain Name Registration
  • Web Hosting Plans
  • Premium WordPress Themes or Plugins
  • Stock Photography Licenses

These costs are non-refundable. Once purchased, these assets belong to the Client, and Absoluto Designs LLP cannot recover these funds from vendors.
